A cool spring breeze... Here's something pretty cool to love in late spring: the availability of two new documents. The Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and Truth-in-Lending (TIL) will both be available within a month. 	Spread the word (not the password)!
	Many users are experiencing login issues. A recent eTAC survey revealed that 50% of callers experiencing such issues shared their individual ID and password within their office. Sharing your ID and password is like sharing the keys to your home or the PIN number to your bank card. Your office mates are likely very trustworthy, but what happens when something is missing or your account gets locked out? Alas, sharing your ID and password is not advisable. But don't worry - it's easy to fix! Following is a list of our Top 10 reasons not to share your password with anyone (especially your mother – remember?!)

		10.	It's easy and free to get your own ID and password.
		9.	97% of passwords prefer monogamous relationships.
		8.	Your cubicle buddy could enter the wrong password one too many times and lock out your account.
		7.	If one person gets locked out, everyone in the office who shares your ID and password gets locked out.
		6.	What happens if you transfer to a new office or switch to a new employer?
		5.	Your jealous cube buddy could change your profile information (like change your name to Dumbo) or delete important loan documents.
		4.	Your other accounts (bank, e-mail, credit cards, etc.) with the same or similar ID and password could be jeopardized.
		3.	Important e-mails (like Trio notifications) could get sent to the wrong user.
		2.	Your confidential information will be more secure if no one else knows your ID and password.
		1.	Bobby “Moose” Martin, the kid from your 4th grade homeroom who always stole lunch money from the first graders, shared his password once, and now he’s in jail for assaulting a police officer.

	Check your profile to make sure you're using your own account. Contact your eMagic administrator immediately if you suspect that you're using a shared user ID/password. Brain Freeze Fun This month’s "Brain Freeze" puzzle is a real challenge. Fax your correct response to (414) 347-6464 by Friday, May 11 to be entered into a random drawing for another exciting eMagic prize package.
