Secrets, germs and passwords: what do they have in common?

You should not share them! Sharing your eMagic login ID and password leads to getting locked out of the system. How?

  • The person with whom you've shared your login could enter the wrong password and lock out your account.
  • When an account gets locked out, everyone in the office sharing the login gets locked out.

What happens when everyone is locked out? A flood of calls comes to our support center, which hurts our response time to you. More login calls to our support center prevents us from responding to your more challenging, relevant eMagic questions involving DU, LP.com, Trio, etc. in a timely fashion. We are all about supporting you in eMagic. However, supporting all the calls on shared login IDs and passwords hurts everyone!

Let us help you get the answers on real issues faster. Please STOP sharing your individual login ID and password immediately. Contact your company's eMagic Account Administrator to have your own account set up for you. If you're not sure who your Administrator is, email our Technical Support team at technology_assistance_center@emagic.com. Account administrators: if you need to know how to create an account for your co-workers, either click here for instructions on getting your team members their individual login IDs and passwords

And there it was, on top of the fridge in the break room...
Are you still using a filing cabinet for all of your historical data? Try our electronic archiving system, Trio. No paper to file, no documents to lose and more space in the office, because you can recycle the filing cabinet (they make nice planters, we’ve heard.) So we’re offering a challenge: we will send a really cool prize to anyone who sends us a confession about losing a hard-copy loan file. What happened? Was it a nightmare? Did you find it weeks later on top of the refrigerator in the break room? (With Trio, that would never happen.. There are no fridges in Trio.) But really, send us your worst (and believable!) horror story regarding your hard-copy loan storage, and we'll see who tips the cabinet! Please fax your response to 414-347-6464 by June 20th.
