Your loan originator may ask you to send a document.
You can send electronic files and fax hard-copy documents to your loan originator. These instructions guide you through the process.
When your originator requests a document from you, you will receive an email notification in your email inbox. Follow the link in the email to the eMagic Message Center and log in.

Upon logging in to the Message Center, you will see your originator’s request for a document.
Open the Loan Documents tab to submit a document.

In the Loan Documents tab, click Submit Requested Documents.

You may use a fax machine to submit a document. These instructions guide you through the process.
Turn off your web browser’s pop-up blocker.
Select the radio button next to "Fax this file to you."
Click the Submit button. A fax cover sheet opens.

Print the cover sheet.
Take the coversheet and your document to a fax machine. On the cover sheet is a fax phone number and instructions for sending the fax.
